James Chapple set up 2 property investment funds in 1999. By 2005 they were worth in excess of £4 million. Each of the properties were based in blue chip locations throughout south west London.  Properties were purchased, refurbished and let predominately to senior corporate executives which were being relocated from abroad.

Alongside the investment funds, James Chapple Architectural Design was established to design interiors for both the investment funds and high net worth individuals especially stockbrokers, merchant bankers and solicitors.

Typical properties range from £400 thousand to £2 million.
After the funds were partially sold off, James relocated to the North East and has since been involved in hotel consultancy, construction management and property investment.  In 2008 James and his wife Elly set up a holiday let business www.stayinalnmouth.co.uk, with the main focus of the business today being the development of holiday and family homes in arguably the best locations in north  Northumberland.
