Every building is built with low carbon building technology so to minimise our carbon footprint.

Materials are recycled or responsibly sourced wherever possible and building waste is minimised by moving towards off site low carbon pre-fabricated building structures, demonstrating our firm's commitment to the UK's agreement for CO2 reduction under the Copenhagen accord of December 2009 for 2020 and 2050 respectively whilst still delivering unique, high quality, timeless and stylish homes and to gain awards as one of Northumberland’s most acclaimed top end home builders.
